Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Manager, UKG to join our Advisory Services practice in Chicago. Lead project teams for UKG implementations across Pro, Ready, and Dimensions, delivering transformative workforce management solutions using data-driven approaches and best practices.

You will develop high-quality deliverables, communicate effectively with clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while traveling as needed. A five-year track record in UKG consulting and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent, relevant experience in UKG consulting.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Proven expertise, including certifications, in UKG Pro/Ready/Dimensions modules.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
