Job summary

Hydrohex Ltd. is seeking a dynamic field-based business development professional to drive UK-wide growth for our poolside screen solutions. You’ll travel extensively, win trial deals, and convert them into long-term customers, with the goal of scaling the UK market.

You will start by collaborating with our head-office sales lead, then take ownership to run the market. Expect cold calls, frequent travel, nights away, and a fast-paced, hands-on environment in a rapidly growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Willingness to travel and stay away overnight.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

Responsibilities

• Sell trial deals to leisure centres across the UK.
• Find, call, visit, and demonstrate to center managers how Hydrohex solutions fit their timetable.
• Build a long-term customer base from successful trials.
• Work with the head-office sales lead initially, then largely run the market independently.
