Job summary

Mondi Group is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive the growth of its eCommerce packaging business in the UK. You will own sales for eCommerce packaging solutions, develop new opportunities, and nurture key accounts for sustainable expansion.

You will build strategic plans, anticipate market trends, and collaborate with plants, marketing, and customer service to deliver innovative packaging solutions. Willingness to travel, including outside the UK, is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Key Account Management, ideally in packaging.

Responsibilities

• Take full sales responsibility for Mondi’s eCommerce packaging solutions in the UK, driving new business development and sustainable growth with existing accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities within the eCommerce market, leveraging Mondi’s full portfolio and anticipating emerging trends in eCommerce packaging.
• Develop and implement a 3-year strategic account plan for key customers, aligned with Mondi’s broader eCommerce strategy.
• Build strong, long-term customer partnerships based on trust, innovation, and shared value creation.
• Collaborate closely with our plants, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and keep Mondi ahead of the curve.
• Contribute actively to Mondi’s eCommerce market intelligence by bringing customer insights into our strategy and innovation pipeline.
