Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, packaging or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development or key account management.
• Strong track record of winning new business and profitable growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills for complex deals.
• Entrepreneurial, resilient, self-starter with results focus and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and win new B2B Retail customers and other packaging buyers across the U.S. market.
• Expand business within current customers via cross-selling and meeting unmet needs.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across purchasing, marketing, quality, and leadership.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and negotiations; drive pricing discipline and value-based selling.
• Collaborate with Sales Director HQ Germany and US team to resolve issues and implement new business.
• Create, develop, and present effective sales presentations; coordinate inquiries, quotes, samples, and orders.
