Job summary

Rockefeller Capital Management seeks a Senior Bill Pay Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of ~10–15 UHNW client relationships, coordinating with Private Advisors to ensure timely bill pay, accurate reconciliations, and high-quality reporting.

You will lead onboarding, work with external vendors, and maintain books and records while delivering exceptional service and guidance on bill pay best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 7–12 years of bookkeeping or related accounting experience.
• Experience serving UHNW clients.
• Strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to Private Advisors and UHNW clients, including timely bill pay, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Partner with Private Advisors to assess client needs and provide guidance on bill pay practices.
• Collaborate with Private Advisor teams and clients to tailor service delivery.
• Lead onboarding with Private Advisors, clients, and stakeholders to design effective service structure.
• Oversee all bill pay activities with vendors and internal teams for efficient processes.
• Provide transaction support and oversee bookkeeping to maintain books and records.
• Maintain accountability for delivery of services and high-quality execution.
