Job summary

Rockefeller Capital Management seeks a Senior Bill Pay Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 10–15 ultra-high-net-worth client relationships, collaborating with Private Advisors to deliver accounts payable and bookkeeping services.

You will serve as the primary contact for Private Advisors and clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely transactions, accurate reconciliations, and high-quality client reporting, while leading onboarding and ongoing service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 7–12 years of bookkeeping or related accounting experience.
• Experience providing client service to high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to Private Advisors and clients with timely bill-pay activity and reporting.
• Partner with Private Advisors to assess client needs and provide guidance on bill-pay services.
• Collaborate with Private Advisor teams to tailor service delivery to client nuances.
• Lead onboarding with stakeholders to design effective service structures for client needs.
• Oversee all bill-pay activities with external vendors and internal teams.
• Provide transaction support and oversee bookkeeping to ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Maintain accountability for delivering agreed services and high-quality execution.
