Cerity Partners Family Office seeks a Bill Pay & Concierge Specialist to manage end-to-end bill payments and high-touch concierge tasks for UHNW clients. You will coordinate with advisors and internal teams, ensuring accurate processing and discreet client service.

The role emphasizes organization, problem-solving, and a client-centric mindset in a fast-paced environment with ongoing projects and technology-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in bill pay, accounts payable/receivable, banking, or related finance.
• Strong knowledge of bill payment systems; QuickBooks a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; AI tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bill Pay & Expense Management: manage full lifecycle of bill payments from intake to reconciliation.
• Monitor invoices, balances, and recurring bills to meet deadlines.
• Client & Concierge Support: serve as primary contact for clients, vendors, and third parties.
• Coordinate personal tasks (renovation tracking, household staff) and ad hoc requests.
• Provide prompt, professional service with discretion and care.
• Collaborate with advisors and cross-functional teams; use proprietary tools for deliverables.
• Support new technologies and process improvements to boost efficiency.
