Job summary

Cerity Partners Family Office is seeking a Bill Pay & Concierge Specialist to join our Bill Pay Team. You will manage end-to-end bill payments, organize invoices, and coordinate high-touch concierge requests for UHNW individuals and families with discretion and client focus.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance-related bill pay roles, strong Excel and QuickBooks skills, and comfort with AI tools to streamline workflows. A bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in bill pay or related finance role.
• Experience serving clients or vendors in a service role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of bill payment systems (Bill.com preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; QuickBooks a plus.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline work.
• Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bill payments including intake, approvals, and reconciliation.
• Organize and monitor invoices, balances, and recurring bills to meet deadlines.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, vendors, and third parties.
• Coordinate personal concierge tasks for UHNW clients and families.
• Provide exceptional client experiences with discretion and care.
• Collaborate with advisors and internal teams on cross-functional initiatives.
• Support implementation of new technologies and process improvements.
