Job summary

Rockefeller Capital Management seeks a Client Relationship Manager within the Private Advisor Team to deliver a white-glove, highly personalized family office experience for UHNW individuals and families. The role partners with Advisors, Wealth Strategists, tax professionals, estate attorneys, and external centers of influence to manage ongoing engagements and drive strategic execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in an RIA or equivalent client service role.
• Bachelor's degree, with business/finance focus preferred.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses are required.
• Familiarity with trust and estate structures, cash flow analysis, and net-worth tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support advisory team in delivering complex wealth planning strategies for UHNW families.
• Coordinate planning activities with internal partners and external professionals to ensure alignment.
• Organize and assess personal financial information for UHNW clients.
• Assist in preparing deliverables and participate in client meetings.
• Communicate with clients on scheduled and ad hoc basis.
