Job summary

Cerity Partners Family Office in New York seeks a Bill Pay & Concierge Specialist who will own end-to-end bill payments, manage projects, and deliver high-touch concierge support for UHNW clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in bill pay, accounts payable/receivable, banking, or related finance role.
• Experience serving clients or vendors in a service-oriented capacity preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong working knowledge of bill payment systems (Bill.com preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; QuickBooks a plus.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline daily work and learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of bill payments, including intake, processing, approvals, and reconciliation.
• Diligently organize and monitor invoices, balances, and recurring bills to meet deadlines.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, vendors, and third parties on bill pay and admin matters.
• Coordinate personal concierge tasks and high-touch client requests with discretion.
• Collaborate with advisors and staff to implement new technologies and process improvements.
