Job summary

UGG at Fashion Outlets of Chicago (Rosemont, IL) seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, manage inventory and labor, and ensure brand standards and visual merchandising align with Deckers Brands' expectations.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, training, coaching, and maintaining store operations while staying agile to seasonal demands.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years minimum retail store management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing costs.
• Ability to manage store operations including inventory, cash, and labor.
• Flexible schedule and travel as needed.
