Job summary

UGG in Chicago is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will own day-to-day store operations and drive sales while upholding brand standards.

You will recruit, train, and develop your team, manage inventory, cash, and labor, and implement visual merchandising as directed. The role requires four years of retail management experience and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years minimum retail store management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey brand vision.
• Strong leadership and people management in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing costs.
• Excellent organizational skills to coordinate people, resources and services.
• Problem-solving skills and agility to meet business needs.
