Job summary

Valley Health System seeks a technical, results-oriented uEHR Implementation Team member to design, configure, and support application solutions that improve workflows and data integrity. You will focus on Healthy Planet Patient Wellness, Care Management and VBPM while integrating with MyChart and outreach tools.

The role requires experience in case/care management, quality reporting, and health plan concepts, with on-call rotation and possible extended hours during implementations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in information systems or application support.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with application support, workflow analysis, and system configuration.
• Strong knowledge of information systems, informatics, data management, and administration.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support application solutions to improve workflows and data integrity.
• Support integration with MyChart and outreach tools like Link.
• Lead testing, training, and end-user adoption activities.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless operation and high-quality outcomes.
• Participate in on-call rotations and critical-incident response as needed.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to peers and junior staff.
