Job summary

Valley Health System is seeking an experienced uEHR Implementation Team member focused on Patient Experience across MyChart Patient Experience Platform, MyChart Care Companion, and related tools. This role emphasizes privacy compliance, workflow optimization, and high-quality usability across Epic-based ecosystems.

The position requires strong project management, testing, training, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful deployments and system adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience with 4 years in technical applications.
• Epic Certification must be obtained and maintained within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 3 years of information systems or application support experience preferred.
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support uEHR application solutions.
• Lead testing planning, execution, and validation for implementations.
• Provide end-user training and support system adoption.
