Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred, equivalent combinations considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in information systems, application support, or related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Experience with application support, workflow analysis, and system configuration.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into functional solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support application solutions within assigned systems.
• Coordinate testing, including test planning, execution, and validation.
• Develop and deliver end-user training and support system adoption.
• Ensure data integrity and quality across workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and system usability.
