Job summary

Valley Health System is seeking an experienced uEHR Implementation Team professional to design, configure, and support application solutions improving workflows, data integrity, and usability. The candidate should have 3+ years in information systems, 2+ years of project management, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in informatics, information systems, CS, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and 4 years of technical application experience may be considered
• If an application requires certification, it must be obtained within 6 months and maintained throughout employment.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in information systems, application support, or related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred
• Experience with application support, workflow analysis, and system configuration

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support application solutions to improve workflows and data integrity.
• Maintain awareness of related systems to ensure seamless integration and high-quality outcomes.
• Lead testing planning, execution, and validation within assigned applications.
• Develop and deliver end-user training and support system adoption.
• Provide ongoing end-user support for upgrades, new releases, and enhanced functionality.
• Translate business requirements into functional solution designs.
• Document, review, and validate configurations and designs for quality and effectiveness.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across projects.
