The role focuses on assigned patient experience platforms and MyChart components while maintaining awareness of related systems for seamless integration.

The candidate will lead testing, training, and documentation, coordinate projects, and participate in on‑call rotations during critical incidents or implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and 4 years of technical application experience may be considered.
• Epic Certification in applicable required.

Responsibilities

• Designs, configures, and supports application solutions to improve workflows and data integrity.
• Coordinate testing, test plans, execution, and validation for assigned applications.
• Provide end‑user training and support system adoption.
• Lead workflow and requirements analysis within assigned applications.
• Collaborate with customers to improve usability and operational impact.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for projects.
