Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent mix of education and 4 years of technical experience considered.
• Certification if required must be obtained within 6 months and maintained.
• Strong understanding of home health/hospice billing, intake/referrals, authorization/certification workflows, and revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of related systems for seamless integration and high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with Access, Hospital Billing, and Claims; support systems beyond Epic.
