Valley Health System seeks an experienced implementer to design, configure, and support eHR solutions across Healthy Planet modules and VBPM. You will work on reporting workbench, decision support tools, and MyChart integrations while addressing care management workflows.

The role requires strong informatics, data management, and project coordination skills, with on-call and flexible-hours during critical implementations. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in informatics, information systems, computer science or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in information systems, application support or related field; 2+ years PM experience preferred.
• Experience with application support, workflow analysis, and system configuration.
• Familiarity with case/care management and wellness/quality reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support application solutions to improve workflows and data integrity.
• Support integration with MyChart and outreach tools; maintain system usability.
• Lead testing activities including planning, execution, and validation.
• Develop end-user training and drive system adoption.
• Document configurations and maintain knowledge resources.
