Job summary

Leidos seeks a UC/NOC Technician III to support DGOC operations for DISA, delivering 24x7 network incident management and customer service. You will handle circuit configurations, monitor alarms, and coordinate with UC stakeholders to ensure maximum availability for DoD missions.

A Secret clearance is required and shift work including nights/weekends is expected. Prior DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification and strong knowledge of voice/IP networks will help you excel in this role within a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Hold DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required.
• General understanding of voice infrastructure and IP network topologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform network operations and support, including configuring and analyzing customer circuits (TDM/SIP).
• Coordinate with UC stakeholders and leadership to ensure maximum network availability.
• Monitor network alarms and document outages and resolutions in incident management tools.
• Provide timely situational awareness to leadership and stakeholders.
