Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Unified Capabilities (UC) NOC Technician III to support DISA-provided GIG capabilities from the DGOC. The role requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance, with 2–4 years of related experience and the ability to operate in a 24x7 shift.

Responsibilities include incident management, circuit analysis across TDM and SIP, and ensuring maximum network availability. Candidates should have a broad understanding of voice infrastructure and IP networks, plus familiarity

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance.
• 2–4 years of prior relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent as baseline requirement.

Responsibilities

• Create/update/resolve network issues using Service Now.
• Notify contacts based on incidents and network status.
• Configure and analyze customer circuits across TDM and SIP trunks.
• Work with customers and stakeholders to maintain network availability.
• Monitor network alarms and provide global situational awareness.
