Link Solutions, Inc. seeks a Unified Communications Administrator (Intermediate-Level) to support critical voice, video, and data systems at Fort Stewart, GA. You will work with network, systems, and cybersecurity teams to maintain enterprise UC and communications infrastructure, ensuring mission readiness.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, DoD Secret clearance, IAT Level II certification or higher, and 4+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizen.
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
IAT Level II Certification or higher per DoD 8570/8140 (examples: Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP).
4+ years supporting enterprise IT, help desk, networking, or communications.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to Network Support personnel.
Mentor and train team members to improve technical knowledge and service delivery.
Coordinate activities across network operations and support teams.
Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and availability issues.
Support operations for Cisco Call Manager and UC systems.
