Job summary

Link Solutions, Inc. seeks an Intermediate Unified Communications (UC) Administrator to join the team at Fort Stewart, GA. The role focuses on enterprise UC systems, voice, video, and data communications that support Army networks and mission operations.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, active DoD Secret clearance, and IAT Level II certification or higher. This is a non-remote position with relocation incentives offered.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with active DoD Secret Clearance.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification or higher required.
• Four+ years supporting enterprise IT, networking, or communications environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and daily direction to Network Support personnel.
• Mentor and train team members to enhance technical knowledge and service delivery.
• Coordinate activities across network operations and support teams.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and availability issues.
• Provide operations and maintenance for Cisco Call Manager and UC systems.
• Install, configure, administer, support, and maintain Call Managers, Gatekeepers, Gateways, and VoIP systems.
• Manage server hardware, software, OS, and peripherals.
