Job summary

Apple is seeking an experienced UAT Project Manager to drive medium to large cross-functional testing efforts for the Apple Store Online. You will coordinate UAT planning, execution, and reporting while guiding end-to-end customer journeys and ensuring quality before release.

You will partner with multiple teams, manage test resources, and influence continuous improvements. This role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of testing within e-commerce environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a UAT/PM role.
• Understanding of SDLC.
• UAT/QC/Quality in e-commerce or contact center contexts.
• Quality-focused, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with test automation capabilities and scripting.
• BA/BS in technical field, or 8+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large cross-functional UAT efforts with global scope.
• Manage test planning, execution, and reporting across UAT cycles.
• Collaborate with partner teams to connect dependencies and ensure program success.
• Lead resources and drive process improvements aligned with industry best practices.
• Keep extended teams informed and drive issue resolution.
