Job summary

Qualifications

7+ years of professional experience in product, project, or program management.
Broad experience with Contact Center and/or e-Commerce systems and technologies (payments/financing, orders, WFM, telephony/Chat).
Ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
BA/BS degree in a technical field, or 11+ years of relatable experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of mid-to-large scale regional/global eCommerce initiatives for Retail Online.
Manage all project phases: scope, staffing, process mapping, requirements, timelines, testing, go-live, retrospectives, closeout.
Collaborate with business and tech teams to ensure simple, lasting technical solutions.
Drive project discussions with diverse teams to maintain focus on objectives.
