Job summary

Apple is seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep technical skills and strong project management capabilities to lead diverse and complex initiatives in e‑commerce or contact center environments. You will drive multifaceted programs from conception through implementation for ASO, influencing architecture, requirements, and solution delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in product, project, or program management.
• Broad experience with Contact Center and/or e-Commerce systems and technologies (payments/financing applications, order maintenance tools, workforce management, telephony/chat systems).
• Ability to influence at all levels of leadership, including senior/executive levels.
• BA/BS degree in a technical field, or 11+ years of directly relatable experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the body of work; communicate across leadership and drive discussions when attention is required.
• Build strong relationships with partner teams and influence portfolio direction.
• Understand complex systems and offer technical suggestions to engineering teams.
• Influence and shape system architecture, integration strategies, and platform design.
• Strive for operational excellence by applying PM methodologies to deliver quality solutions.
• Serve as a technical SME for Retail Online in the project areas you handle.
• Foster inclusion by respecting differences and learning from others.
