Job summary

Apple is seeking a UAT Project Manager to lead medium to large, global cross-functional UAT efforts for our Apple Store Online products. You will build trusted relationships with partners while coordinating planning, execution and reporting across UAT activities to ensure quality signoff before go-live.

You will guide testing for end-to-end customer journeys, understand business processes, and deliver creative, quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in a UAT Project Management role.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• UAT/QC/Quality experience in ecommerce or contact center environments.
• Quality-focused, deeply technical, and analytical.
• Experience with Test Automation capabilities and test scripting.
• BA/BS in technical field, or 8+ years relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and drive medium to large sized, global cross-functional UAT efforts.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Manage planning, execution and reporting across UAT phases.
• Provide leadership and guidance on testing end-to-end customer journeys.
• Understand business processes and deliver creative testing solutions.
