Job summary

Ad Atlantic seeks a UAT coordinator for a seven-month contract as part of a North America Dynamics 365 rollout. Based in Parsippany, NJ, the role combines testing governance with hands-on planning and cross-functional coordination.

You will build the detailed UAT plan, manage scripts and defects, run daily huddles, and craft the sign-off package with input from IT, data migration, and business process owners. Hybrid work, 3 days in-office. Salary $120–$130K per year pro rata.

Qualifications

• 5+ years coordinating UAT or ERP delivery.
• Experience with test scripts, defect management and business sign-off.
• Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint and test-management tools.
• Certification PMP/ISTQB is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the detailed UAT plan and cadence.
• Own UAT SharePoint site as source of truth.
• Review and adapt test scripts from implementation partner.
• Track test data, tester access, training and environment readiness.
• Facilitate daily execution huddles, defect triage, dashboards and sign-off package.
