Job summary

Ad Atlantic seeks a UAT coordinator for a seven-month contract as part of a North America Dynamics 365 rollout. Based in Parsippany, NJ, the role combines testing governance with hands-on planning and cross-functional coordination.

Job description

Our client, a global consumer goods business, is going through a significant period of transformation as it establishes itself as a newly independent company. This seven-month contract role, running from December 2026 to July 2027, sits within the North America transformation program.

The business is moving onto Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the United States and Canada, and this role is the coordinator for user acceptance testing (UAT) through that process. In practice, that means being the single point of control that gets the business ready to test and keeps testing on track: building and running the detailed UAT plan and meeting cadence, owning the UAT SharePoint site as the source of truth, reviewing and adapting the test scripts provided by the implementation partner and driving any missing ones to an executable standard, and tracking test data, tester access, training and environment readiness. Once testing is underway, the role runs daily execution huddles, facilitates defect triage, produces progress and defect dashboards, and pulls together the evidence and sign-off package for business acceptance, working alongside business process owners, IT, data migration, EDI and third-party partners, and the external implementation consultants.

The right person will bring five or more years of experience coordinating UAT, business process testing, ERP delivery or complex cross-functional programs, with hands‑on experience of test planning, scripts, defect management and business sign-off. Strong organisation, the confidence to challenge incomplete inputs, and the ability to drive decisions without direct authority are essential, as is strong proficiency with Excel, SharePoint and a test management tool such as Azure DevOps or Jira. Dynamics 365 implementation experience is helpful, as is exposure to order‑to‑cash, supply chain, finance or EDI processes, or to carve‑outs and other time‑critical transformations. A PMP, ISTQB or equivalent certification is an advantage.

The role is based in Parsippany, New Jersey, on a hybrid basis with 3 days a week in the office, and offers a salary of $120-130K per annum pro rata.
