Job summary

Skill-Up Technologies in the United States is seeking an experienced UAT Test Analyst to lead end-to-end user acceptance testing for a global HR application. You will translate business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios and coordinate testing across geographies to ensure readiness before deployment.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UAT strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and business sign-off, with HR technology implementations and Azure DevOps

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate end-to-end UAT ownership with clear planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off.
• Experience in shaping UAT strategies, test plans, scenarios, and scripts from scratch.
• Experience in HR technology implementations, preferably HR performance management or lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End UAT Ownership: manage the complete UAT lifecycle from strategy to business sign-off.
• Test Strategy and Planning: develop UAT strategies, test plans, scenarios, and scripts from scratch.
• Test Execution and Coordination: plan and coordinate UAT activities across regions and stakeholders.
• Requirements Analysis: translate business requirements into testing needs and coverage.
• Defect Management: log, prioritize, and coordinate defect resolution; retest where needed.
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate with business users, PMs, HR teams, and tech teams.
• Risk and Issue Management: identify risks and blockers and drive to closure.
• Business Sign-Off: validate criteria, consolidate results, and obtain acceptance.
• Process Improvement: establish structured UAT processes for enterprise-scale apps.
