Job summary

Express Employment International is seeking a Lead UAT Analyst to drive day-to-day User Acceptance Testing across enterprise initiatives and SaaS platforms. You will collaborate with owners, SaaS Administration, Product Owners, Technology, and vendors to plan, execute, and govern UAT activities, ensuring traceability to requirements and business outcomes.

The role blends leadership with hands-on testing, reviewing test scenarios, defects, and acceptance criteria, while elevating UAT standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of UAT/QA testing or related experience.
• Experience guiding analysts and testers in day-to-day activities.
• Experience developing and executing test plans, scenarios, and end-to-end validations.
• Experience documenting, tracking, retesting, and closing defects.
• Experience with requirements traceability, processes, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira for test management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day testing activities and coordinate priorities across UAT Analysts and business testers.
• Review requirements for testability and identify gaps, ambiguities, and dependencies before execution.
• Develop end-to-end, business-focused test coverage and validation scenarios.
• Coordinate test data, environments, access, and schedules to enable testing.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing and facilitate defect triage.
• Summarize test completion, coverage, open defects, risks, and readiness for go/no-go decisions.
