Job summary

CFS in Ohio is seeking a Business Systems Analyst – UAT & Application Support to bridge business stakeholders, end users, technology teams, and vendors. You will translate business needs into system requirements and lead testing, UAT, and ongoing support without coding.

The role emphasizes business process analysis, requirements gathering, quality assurance, and process improvement across ERP and enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and analyzing business processes.
• Experience with enterprise applications and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience creating and executing test plans and UAT, documenting defects.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Partner with users to understand processes, objectives, and technology needs.
• Document requirements, acceptance criteria, and project artifacts.
• Analyze workflows to improve efficiency and controls.
• Create process maps, business requirements, and user stories.
• Lead requirements meetings and validate business needs.
• Develop test plans and manage UAT, defects, and sign-off.
• Coordinate issue resolution and validate data after changes.
• Support enterprise applications across departments.
