Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, QA Analyst, or related role.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience developing and executing test plans and coordinating UAT.
• Experience supporting, administering, configuring, or testing NetSuite ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis and gather/document requirements.
• Develop test plans, cases, and scripts; coordinate UAT.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Coordinate UAT with stakeholders and document results.
• Provide business application support post-implementation.
