Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst – UAT & Application Support to act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, end users, technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners. This role focuses on business process analysis, requirements gathering, QA, UAT, and ongoing application support, not development.

It offers exposure across upgrades, integrations, and implementations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar role.
Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting enterprise applications.
Hands-on test planning, test case development, defect tracking, and UAT coordination.
Experience with NetSuite ERP is required.

Responsibilities

Partner with business users to document requirements, acceptance criteria, and project artifacts.
Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and traceability for system upgrades and enhancements.
Coordinate UAT with stakeholders, document results, and obtain approvals.
Provide application support across operations, finance, and other modules.
Assist with implementation projects and process improvements.
