Job summary

US Tech Solutions in Cedar Rapids is seeking an IT Business Analyst III / Business Systems Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors. You will manage requirements, write user stories, support Agile delivery, and drive improvements across enterprise systems.

You will coordinate testing, assist with UAT, analyze processes, and ensure data governance and security compliance. Five-plus years of BA experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or related disciplines.
• Experience with enterprise applications and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, Agile, testing and UAT.
• Experience with reporting tools, queries, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate to user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, vendors, and Scrum teams.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria development.
• Develop test strategies, plans, and coordinate UAT activities.
• Monitor system performance and assist with issue resolution.
