Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5-7 years of equivalent work experience.
• Hybrid to the Blue Bell, PA office.
• Proficient with Word, Access, Excel, Power Point.
• Knowledge of ISO/NCCI rules, rating, and forms for applicable lines of business.
• Working knowledge of rating policies, a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Support Product and IS teams with enhancement requirements.
• Prepare enhancement requirements and workarounds.
• Test lines of business and create reports informing team about vendor issues.
• Maintain accuracy and meet targeted due dates.
• Communicate effectively with vendor to coordinate log processes.
