Job summary

Skydio is seeking a Products Ambassador to provide onsite and remote technical and logistics support for UAS systems and cloud services across commercial, government, and educational customers. You will diagnose flight and streaming issues, optimize configurations, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of civilian or military UAS operations and flight experience.
• Experience in operational, technical, or customer-facing success or field support roles.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including after-hours and weekends on rotation.
• Assertive self-starter with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in onsite real-time technical troubleshooting and triage workflows.
• Keen to learn new skills and grow with Skydio in the evolving UAS remote ops landscape.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Jira is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IoT or enterprise apps using streaming and packet networks and streaming APIs.
• Experience troubleshooting networked devices streaming content over WiFi mesh and cellular networks.
• Ability to solve complex problems related to military/civilian networks, APIs, and 3rd party integrations.
• Able to multi-task and manage multiple concurrent projects to resolution.
• Willingness to travel regionally 30–50% and work at different sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as product specialist liaison between Skydio and customers, handling advanced technical support questions.
• Provide technical product knowledge to training and content teams to improve self-help resources.
• Collaborate with Product and Cloud Operations to reflect customer needs in product enhancements.
• Develop field support processes to accelerate escalation and debugging workflows.
• Reduce escalations by implementing effective triage and resolution techniques.
• Provide on-site training to customers on maintenance and operation of UAS aircraft and docks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and support processes.
• Troubleshoot UAS Command and Control and Cloud networking issues leveraging underlying protocols and modems.
• Stay current with network trends and align on Skydio's network strategy for Docks and Remote Flight Operations.
