Skydio is seeking a UAS Product Ambassador to act as a vital link between our team and customers in the Midwest region. This role requires technical troubleshooting skills, a solid background in UAS operations, and the ability to provide comprehensive support both onsite and remotely.

The successful candidate will facilitate training, optimize product use, and maintain customer relationships, requiring travel up to 50% of the time. The position offers competitive benefits including a salary range of $100,000 - $125,000.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of civilian or military UAS operations experience.
• Experience in technical or customer-facing roles.
• Proficient in real-time technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
• Troubleshoot UAS Command and Control issues.
• Act as the liaison between Skydio and customers.
