Qualifications

• At least 3 years of UAS operations and flight experience.
• Experience in operational, technical, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as the product specialist liaison between Skydio and customers.
• Provide on-site training to customers on maintenance and operation.
• Troubleshoot UAS Command and Control and Cloud networking issues.
