Job summary

Skydio is seeking a products ambassador to join a small team of experts. You will support UAS system and cloud integrations, perform device firmware troubleshooting, and optimize mission configurations while guiding customers on best practices.

You will work remotely with regional travel up to 20% and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reflect customer needs in product enhancements. Healthcare, equity, and 401(k) benefits are provided.

Qualifications

3+ years experience supporting and troubleshooting network and cloud REST integration/connectivity issues.
Experience with enterprise IoT or cloud-based integrations and REST APIs.
Familiar with Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira, NetSuite is a plus.
Ability to travel regionally up to 20% and support after-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Act as the product specialist liaison between Skydio and customers, providing IoT communications troubleshooting and performance optimization guidance.
Be a technical resource to training and content teams, helping improve customer self-help resources.
Collaborate with Product and Cloud Operations to become expert on Skydio cloud-connected products and third-party integrations.
Develop triage and resolution techniques to reduce escalations to engineering teams.
Work with internal teams to build processes that enhance customer experience.
Troubleshoot UAS C2 and cloud networking issues across enterprise to IoT deployments.
