Ares Interactive, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, User Acquisition to scale our UA efforts across major channels and maximize ROI. You will own day-to-day management, optimize campaigns, budgets, and partner relationships, while collaborating with analytics and creative teams to drive growth.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, automation, and cross-functional collaboration in a startup environment, with remote-friendly work options.

Competenze

• 4–7 years hands-on mobile UA experience across at least 2–3 major channels.
• Strong analytical instincts with deep funnel metrics ROAS modeling.
• Experience managing multi-channel UA budgets with a focus on performance.
• Hands-on creative testing and optimization with internal/external teams.
• Deep understanding of UA metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, ARPU).
• Experience with MMPs and attribution methodologies.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel; Looker/Tableau a plus.
• Interest in automation and building scalable workflows.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and collaborative.
• Startup mindset, capable of working with ambiguity.

Mansioni

• Own day-to-day campaign management across paid UA channels: bids, budgets, targeting, pacing, placements and creative rotation.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities at multiple levels.
• Manage UA budgets across channels, allocating spend based on ROAS and LTV signals.
• Collaborate with Analytics to define event optimization strategies and measurement frameworks.
• Collaborate with Creative Services on asset testing and funnel analysis.
• Own partner relationships across UA networks and stay current on inventory opportunities.
• Build and maintain SOPs, optimization logs, and campaign documentation.
• Contribute to automated UA reporting and workflows, improving data quality.
• Produce weekly performance reports with narrative analysis.
• Support media planning for new title launches and pre-launch setup.
