Job summary

Jugabet, a brand and gaming platform serving players in Latin America, invites a results-driven growth specialist to join the team. You will research, test, and launch campaigns across Google UAC, ASA, Telegram Ads, and X Ads, while owning ASO to boost organic visibility and conversions.

You will design structured tests, analyze results, and collaborate with creative, analytics, and ASO teams to optimize bidding and store pages. A strong background in iGaming or regulated verticals is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in mobile UA with hands-on Google UAC/ASA
• ASO experience: keyword optimization and A/B testing store listings
• Experience testing/launching campaigns on Telegram Ads, X Ads or similar channels
• Strong understanding of mobile marketing metrics (CPA, CPI, ROMI)
• Experience with MMP/tracking tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and cohort analysis

Responsibilities

• Research, test, and launch campaigns on Google UAC, ASA, Telegram Ads, X Ads and other paid channels
• Own ASO: keyword research, metadata, and creative testing to improve store visibility and conversions
• Identify, pilot, and evaluate new traffic sources for iGaming campaigns
• Design structured tests and optimize bidding strategies and creative assets
• Analyze test results, document learnings, and inform future acquisition strategy
