Springboard, a fast-paced online learning platform, seeks a highly driven US Recruiter for a 6-month full-time contract. You will own end-to-end recruitment for U.S.

startup roles and rapidly build strong pipelines while partnering with hiring managers in a remote environment. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of recruiting experience for U.S.-based roles, proven proactive sourcing and pipeline management, and excellent communication.
