Job summary

CEF Solutions Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the U.S. entity's administration and day‑to‑day operations from Louisville. The role involves coordinating HR, payroll, accounting, finance, and legal matters, and communicating with external advisers to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

You will support Kentucky projects, assist the CEO on U.S. business trips, and travel domestically as needed. Fluency in English and Korean is required, along with experience managing a U.S.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluent in both Korean and English.
• Capable of professional written and spoken English with external firms.
• Experience managing operations of a U.S. entity or small-to-mid sized business.
• Experience coordinating HR, payroll, accounting, finance, and legal matters.
• Project management or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willing to travel domestically within the United States.
• Growth potential into senior U.S. entity management role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and operational management of the U.S. entity.
• Coordinate payroll and HR-related activities for U.S. employees.
• Communicate with accountants, attorneys, and external service providers.
• Coordinate HR, finance, accounting, legal, and vendor management matters.
• Monitor contracts, expenses, and entity-related documents.
• Track project schedules, issues, and action items.
• Support related projects in Kentucky.
• Support the CEO during U.S. business trips.
• Travel with management to Kentucky, California, and other U.S. locations as needed.
• Take broader responsibility for U.S. operations as the company grows.
