Job summary

Cesna-Recruitment seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead our US operations in Los Angeles, guiding day-to-day activities and helping scale the business.

The role requires strong leadership, global collaboration, and bilingual English/Korean capabilities to align with our headquarters and artists.

You will oversee budgets, processes, HR, finance, and vendor relationships while partnering with executive leadership on strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations or business leadership experience.
• Strong experience managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional operations.
• Entertainment, media, music, or related industry experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working within a global or multinational organization preferred.
• Bilingual in English & Korean.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across US Branch.
• Lead operational planning, budgeting, processes, and organizational infrastructure.
• Partner with executive leadership on business strategy and execution.
• Manage cross-functional teams and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee HR, finance, administration, legal/compliance coordination, and vendor relationships.
• Support major artist, production, and business initiatives.
• Serve as a key liaison between US Branch and global headquarters.
