Cesna Recruitment seeks a Chief Operating Officer to oversee the US branch operations in Los Angeles, reporting to the CEO. The role focuses on efficient operations, budgeting, and scalable infrastructure to support growth.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, align with executive leadership on strategy, and ensure HR/finance/compliance coordination while maintaining vendor relationships for major entertainment initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations or business leadership experience.
• Strong experience managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional operations.
• Entertainment, media, music, or related industry experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working within a global or multinational organization preferred.
• Bilingual in English & Korean.
