Job summary

imperativelogistics is seeking an Import Supervisor to lead the U.S. Import team, ensuring compliant, efficient, and high-quality customs clearance operations while delivering exceptional customer service. The role oversees daily import activities, develops team members, and drives operational performance in accordance with U.S.

Customs regulations and company policies. The candidate will manage performance, provide coaching, and collaborate with internal partners to meet customer requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of import, customs brokerage, or international logistics experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing U.S. import team.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and PGA requirements.
• Oversee daily import transactions and documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Drive performance metrics and continuous improvement in import operations.
