Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customs entries in accordance with CBP regulations and internal procedures.
• Review invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other import documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify importer of record, country of origin, valuation, and tariff classifications prior to submission.
• Research HTS classifications and identify duties, taxes, and trade requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor entry status and ensure timely releases to prevent delays and costs.
