Job summary

D.B. Group S.p.a. is seeking a Customs Brokerage Entry Writer in Stockbridge, GA to support the Customs Brokerage Team. You will analyze import documents, enter data, and communicate with regulators and clients to ensure smooth clearance processes.

The role requires 3–5 years in Entry Writing, solid understanding of US Customs rules, and experience in international logistics, with a focus on accuracy and timely responses to inquiries. Benefits include strong PTO, 401(k), and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational attainment.
• Organized, detail oriented and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in classification, FDA, and clearance requirements.
• 3–5 years experience in Entry Writing.
• Experience in International Logistics and Cross-Border Transportation.
• Strong knowledge of US Customs regulations and ability to troubleshoot entry issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate import documentation to ensure compliance before entry submission.
• Enter shipment and customs data into the brokerage software.
• Communicate with US Customs, clients, and colleagues; monitor all entries and rejections.
• Prioritize workload based on ETA, service levels, and transportation mode.
• Provide exceptional customer service under supervision, updating clients on shipment status.
