  • Coordinate with customers, carriers, freight forwarding teams, customs brokers, overseas offices, and internal operations to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor entry status and shipment releases, identify problem files, and take timely corrective action to prevent delays, storage, or other avoidable costs.
  • Support compliance with applicable Partner Government Agency (PGA) requirements and other import regulations, where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and audit‑ready entry records and supporting documentation.
  • Escalate unresolved compliance concerns, documentation discrepancies, or operational risks to management as appropriate.
  • Provide professional and timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders regarding entry status and customs‑related issues.
  • Work closely with Brokerage and Operations teams to maintain a high level of customer service and operational accuracy.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
